Three Important Lessons I Learned by Writing My First Draft

I recently finished writing my first novel. It is a great feeling to actually have written the damn thing. Not every writer can say that. Too many manuscripts end up unfinished.

If you really believe in a story, you shouldn’t let it go until you’ve written it. If the characters and the world that they inhabit haunt your thoughts, you should finish it.
